Embracing connection & belonging in times of flux

Online Workshop, May 21-24, with Annette Hartwig

More than ever, the last months we come to realise the importance of a genuine connection with ourselves, other human beings and the relationship with the earth. This encourages philosophical yet very practical questions like: what really matters? What is the smallest ritual I can commit to today? What can I do today to feel safe & comfortable? What can I do today to make others feel safe & comfortable?

This four-day workshop of contemplative practices provides supporting tools to be grounded & present, to feel at home in your own skin and return to the heart space as a choice and a practice.

Each session will assist you in weaving yoga, meditation, breath, stress-release techniques and self-enquiry into daily life. Developing self trust and allowing the body´s inherent wisdom to unfold – reconnecting us with our true essence which is love. Together as a group we will explore dynamic flow classes, dance and other movement modalities. Through embodied meditation, journaling and self care you are invited to (re-)build a rich inner life. Soothing breathing exercises & Yoga Nidra will ease and steady the dull/restless mind.

Everyone is welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a pen/paper with you.

Classes are held in German and will be recorded. Links will be sent to you shortly after each session and are available for 24h.

Schedule

  • Friday 5.30pm – 7.30pm
  • Saturday 9.30am – 11.30am
  • Sunday 9.30am – 11.30am
  • Monday 5.30pm – 7.30pm

Workshop Price:

The Workshop is offered in a sliding scale 110 Euro – 145 Euro – 180 Euro.

Please choose from your genuine capacity to pay. We trust that we will meet in the spirit in which these classes are offered.

Please let us know if you are sitting in a place of financial hardship and we will find a solution. Higher donations are graciously accepted from those who have more to give and wish to support those who do not. Send us an Email in both cases, thank you.

In order to fully transport concepts we do not offer bookings of single classes. We understand that it’s not always easy to find appropriate space at home at a given time therefore we offer the possibility of 24h recording links.

Annette Hartwig is an Ashtanga Yoga teacher, MindBody-Therapy-Practitioner & Somatic Stress Release Facilitator (both in training), IAM Yoga Nidra Facilitator and FRC® Mobility specialist. Annette has been teaching Yoga & Meditation worldwide for more than 2 decades and is a longterm student & assistant of Dena Kingsberg. Various in-depth-studies with Richard Freeman, Clive Sheridan, Emil Wendel and Scott Lyons have been enriching & inspiring the path of self-enquiry.

Annette’s teaching is undogmatic, potent and uplifting. She feels that being present is often a wild thing and  integrating all aspects of this rich & precious life is best done through the lenses of curiosity, dedication and compassion. Annette encourages a nurturing internal & external space where whole-ing rather then a heal-ing is appreciated and the deeper aspects of the practice naturally unfold. Annette is director of yogabija, a platform for yoga retreats & workshops in Europe and the co-creator of the Dawn Collective Yoga Shala in Arrifana, Portugal.
