Yoga Weekend with Sanna Kokkonen

November 22-24

Join us for a yoga weekender with internationally renowned teacher Sanna Kokkonen who’s partly living in beautiful Bali and Finland. Practicing with Sanna is an unique opportunity to dive into the sweet ocean of Bhakti and create real transformation in your life. Practice yoga, learn about the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy and sing/chant your heart out.

Sanna, a native Finn, lives in the spirit of inquiry. She was first exposed to book Bhagavad Gita (The Song of the Lord) 36 years ago, at the tender age of 15. Ever since then her journey has taken her to yoga in the early 90’s. Countless trips to India followed where she studied the whole spectrum of yoga.

When based in Bali she’s working for Radiantly Alive Yoga as a teacher, trainer & mentor. She travels Asia and Europe to share the wisdom of yoga in her workshops. Her core passion lies in the bhakti (yoga of devotion) with the focus on chanting and yoga philosophy. She’s been a disciple of Lama Marut for the past 11 years and is authorised by him to teach Tibetan Heart Yoga. Sanna is certified in the Principle Teachings of the Tibetan Buddhism and holds E-RYT 500 and YACEP by Yoga Alliance.

Sanna loves the fact that yoga has the power to help us to wake up.

We all have the potential, we have it now – in our own hands.

At the heart of bhakti is surrender to the Divine as one’s inner self. With surrender we tap into universal love and start to relax and generate positive energy for others. Chanting is part of Nada Yoga (yoga of sound) which can help channel emotions in a healing way.

Open level, all are warmly welcome!

Tibetan Heart Yoga – Sun 24.11.19 / 13:00-15:30

This special class has deep roots in Buddhism. Tibetan Heart Yoga used to be a secret practice only for the monks and the Dalai Lamas of Tibet. THY works on your heart; by opening your heart to love others. To feel more connected with the others. To understand the Truth, that we all are, rather than separate individuals, we are interconnected. We can not function without each other. THY emphasizes the inner practices: concentration, meditation, pranayama, chanting, gentle heart opening Asana. Don’t expect a physical exercise class. We will be soft on the outside and deep going on the inside.

Costs: 40.-
